Hi everybody It's been a while. How every thing is going? I hope all of you guys have great achievement in your Gumdo practice.   I feel a little bit overwhelmed and stressful because of course work, new circumstance, and new school system. However, so far, I am fine. Actually, Gumdo that I practiced with you guys helped me a lot to control myself. I tried to continue Gumdo practice, but place is too far, so I decide to practice Kendo (Japanese sword sparring). Sometimes, I practice Gumdo by myself, but I forgot some part already.
